Weekly Check In Form
Whether this is your first challenge group or you are an experienced challenger of mine, it is so important for me to be checking in with you along your journey. Please fill out this form, so I can review your progress and help you where you might be struggling AND help celebrate your successes along the way! More importantly, this should hold you even more accountable to your goals, knowing that you will be checking in with me weekly at the beginning of your journey!
Remember to engage in the group and through the app too! It will be your BIGGEST help! If I don't hear from you, I assume everything is going well, but I won't chase you down ;)
You do not HAVE to take weekly progress pics unless you wish to! I, personally, like to see the weekly progress in photos more than inches lost and what the scale says! Pictures are much more accurate than inches and weight!
Also, if you ever need more support, have questions or concerns, always reach out to me! My door is open!
Finally, Please send before Monday and do not forget that no matter your size, your weight, or what anybody tells you... You are a freaking Rockstar!!
